Terms and Conditions for Free No-obligation Virtual or Call Back Consultation

1. Purpose of the Consultation The free consultation is a no-obligation session designed to:

Understand the client’s business goals, challenges, and needs.

Provide an overview of BUmedia Digital Marketing Agency’s services and how they may address the client’s requirements.

Determine if there is a mutual fit for potential collaboration.

2. No Obligation to Purchase

The consultation does not obligate the client to purchase any services from BUmedia Digital Marketing Agency, nor does it obligate BUmedia to offer services to the client. except at the clients own beneficial discretion to take Bumedia Digital Marketing Agency's services.

3. Duration

The consultation will last no longer than 30 minutes. BUmedia reserves the right to end the session after the allotted time.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

The client must book the consultation through BUmedia’s designated scheduling platform or by contacting BUmedia directly.

If the client needs to reschedule or cancel, they must provide at least 1 hour's notice.

Failure to attend the consultation without prior notice may result in the client being ineligible for future free consultations.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and ideas shared during the consultation are the intellectual property of BUmedia Digital Marketing Agency. The client may not use, reproduce, or distribute any information provided without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

BUmedia agrees to keep all information shared by the client confidential. Similarly, the client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information shared by BUmedia during the consultation.

he consultation is for informational purposes only. BUmedia does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the discussion or any potential future engagement. unless the client is interested in, and wants to engage into taking Bumedia Digital Marketing Agency's services

8. Limitation of Liability

BUmedia Digital Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the consultation or the client’s use of the information provided.

9. Next Steps

If the client wishes to proceed with BUmedia’s services after the consultation, a separate agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and terms will be provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, Gauteng, Pretoria and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, Gauteng, Pretoria.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking the consultation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
